该酒店公寓以往各方面持好感，尤其是地理位置，性价比就那样，设施老旧，环境一般般，晚上睡觉有些噪音，对浅眠的人不合适。

酒店式公寓在管理上有基本水平。不含早。价格还算合理。酒店位置就在静安寺西边稍偏北约400米位置的高楼约第19层，附近有地铁口。周遭的交通方便，有公交/机场大巴/地铁。酒店房間內部配置一應俱全。就差没有洗衣机了。熱水器也很給力。

所入住的房间卫生间换气扇坏了，异味很大，和前台交涉说有空房给调换，但直到退房也没有调换成，酒店旁边就是1788餐饮广场，除了吃饭大方便再没感觉有什么好的，总体评价一般。
